TS Construction is a Class A design/build firm specializing in large residential remodels. Typical projects for us include: 2-story additions which often have a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor and a Family room or office on the first floor; attached and unattached garage additions with a bonus room or Master Bedroom above. My company has also built several In-law suites in recent years to help families stay together. We also build several Florida Rooms or sunrooms each year, with a variety of window and door combinations. It is also common for TS to be involved in an interior remodeling of existing space, for example: complete kitchen remodel or a master bedroom / bathroom upgrade. We do a few replacement window jobs and re-roofing as well.
TS builds high-end spec homes on a one at time basis as a sideline project to the remodeling work.
We handle everything from original design consultation through the completion of the project by using a combination of my staff and a strong base of subcontractors. I am ultimately the customer’s main contact point but there is always a foreman on the job who can answer customer questions.
My ideal referral would be homeowners in the West End who wish to remain in their house but need more space to accommodate a growing family or wish to reconfigure or remodel their current space to increase the homes appeal and value.
