Third Floor/ Attic Conversions
Third floor/Attic conversions are a great way to generate more livable square footage in a home without the time and expense of a typical room addition. Because the roof and foundation are already present, finishing off these spaces can be one of the most economical remodeling jobs we offer. Depending on the job specifics, these projects are fairly quick to complete.
The newly finished space can be used in a variety of ways. For some of our past customers we have created: additional bedrooms, playrooms, home offices, theatre rooms, mother-in-law suites, workout rooms and more. If you like to have your children around but they want their own space, this also makes a great room for the teenager hangout pad.
Baths can usually be added if desired. We have also added large dormers for several clients that add space and light to their new room.
